Vasp implements its quality policy at three levels:
The top level covers the system’s results, which may be summarised as customer satisfaction and the company’s ongoing improvement process;
The lower levels, the whole system’s foundation, cover the critical resources for the system’s success, which consist of Vasp’s human resources, with particular emphasis on ongoing training;
And the company’s information systems.
Communication is the means of disclosing these levels in pairs, which plays a strategic role in the success of Vasp’s quality system by providing an integrated solution based on new technology and by developing personal expertise, either internally or in the interface with the respective clients.
