The quality policy, as we described it, requires suitable means.
The means associated to the quality policy are analysed and managed based on 3 cyclic stages:

a) 3-year Planning Stage

Includes strategic actions to set up the quality system;

The estimated investment is determined.

b) Annual Planning Stage

Based on the actions specified in the annual budget;

Includes the investment budget for the current year’s training plan.

c) Personnel Stage

Consists of defining the goals and each employee’s contribution to quality during the annual balance with his/her superior.

Each service must monitor the action plans and investment plans validated in advance by the Vasp Management.
